I personally never believed her in MITC when Max found her in Buddha's position.

as for the fireball i always thought that it was :
a) a mindwarp
b) real but she purposely killed all the skins but Nicholas. After all the skins were hopeless however no? the didn't have a new 'body' to use and they weren't supposed to survive for so long so they were easily sacrificable even for Nicholas.

anyway i agree, i don't think that Zan's supposed romantic life could be useful for Max and their purpose as a group

When Max is strong or he has arguments with people... he's abusive (a word that never suited him for me. If we use it for Max then we should use it for every character).
When other guys are really abusive *they* are hot and rebellious

or you have to understand them because poor them it's their personality and their life was never easy and for this reason they don't treat women so nicely

i really fail to understand.

it's really an absurdity
before the third season i always thought that maybe the antarians wanted to use them in order to get some alien babies.. like animals who needed to copulate in order to maintain the species or that they wanted some heirs (it could make sense since they programmed them in order to be paired together no?)... but then we discovered that baby Zan was totally human and he got rejected for this reason so...

After finding out that besides mindwarping, Tess could erase and implant memories nothing was impossible with her.

If Max is/was considered abusive, then he was no more abusive than Michael. I don't care what excuses are given to justify one's abusive behavior - if the shoe fits then wear it! Let's see: Max grabbed Tess's arm, Liz's arm, and looked like he was going to come to blows with Kyle in S1. Max also punched Michael, so did Alex and knocked Michael on his butt. Michael besides being rude and uncouth, threw Kyle into a chair head first, gave Kyle's friends the itch when Max asked him not to, and also grabbed Tess's arm and dragged her to the jeep. Now Maria, Isabel, Tess, and Liz can be seen as abusive too. I can also add Alex and Kyle to the abusive list too.

even if i have to admit that i always thought that she was able to create false memories too even before i saw what had happened with Alex.
why? Because mindwarping is the ability to create illusions, she could make people see things that weren't really happening. She was able to create alternative realities. This ability is already linked to the ability to manipulate memories because even the simplest mindwarp is already a manipulation of the memories of someone by creating a new fake one. It's how a brain works.

exactly. All the characters can be considered abusive if we watch only some scenes. well using this logic all the people should be considered abusive

but you know she was wrong however because in the third season even after Max died he didn't forget about Liz. It was the memory of her that kept his soul alive and he came back from death for her.

something so simple like reading together can be the most romantic thing with them
it's so easy for them to be a couple. They're so comfortable and natural with each other. I also always loved about them how when they're together it seems that the world around them disappears.

Me too. Max and Liz were always comfortable with each other. Their looks and love for each other flowed naturally between them.

What about that weapon, or device where skins can manipulate time, or that explanation about time being different on Antar? Maybe Nicolas... vanished because he had one of those devices and he could reappear in another time, or in a time bubble, while the others went poof, like vampires.

The other time i didn't know about it so i couldn't vote. But this time i did

I really think that M&L's wedding is the best because it's simple, intimate, sweet, not cheesy and forced like most of fictional weddings that are a too complete wedding show for my taste. Not to mention that it was meaningful for them and it was the perfect end of the show, you know. A victory. Oh and i loved her dress sooooo much <3 what a beautiful, sweet and unique bride she was. <3

this is interesting. I personally think that the skins died in this timeline because the new bodies seemed fundamental for their survive no matter if they could manipulate time. otherwise they wouldn't need them, at all.
It could make sense that the world won't end this time (for their fault) while in the other one Michael didn't destroy their new bodies so they didn't survive.

This doesn't mean that Nicholas died too, it's possible that he was able to survive however or he had found a way in order to get back on antar. After all he was the most powerful one of them and their leader.

I totally agree! I loved Liz's wedding in Graduation too, she was gorgeous with flowers in her hair.

I love the smiles on their friends' faces.. it really seems like a real scene.
I really don't like most of the weddings on tv because they're too much a show.
This one was a sweet memory that Liz shared with us and her father. When she was writing her journal she already was a wife.
