I understand that the angst will always exist in the shows, but everything has a limit as clearly Roswell showed ..

And it was only three seasons LOL. There was a amazing amount thrown at them. While Maria and Michael got more typical angst thrown at them. Max and Liz got over the top. I realize they acknowledge that as "King", Max was the leader and therefore everything was more involved... And it was easier for Michael and Isabel to throw off the labels of who they were... And especially once it was learned Vilandra and Michael's Antar personoa were together on Antar. But on Earth, Isabel and Michael basically treated each other like siblings. But Max, it was always harder.

A lot of what was happening to Max and Liz were pretty standard, but they did it all so quick and didn't let them breathe for any length of time, that led to the perception that it was way to much...

Some of it should have been dialed back.

I can only imagine what would have happened with Max/Liz if there were more than three seasons?

but seriously they had a journey that felt an eternity for good or for bad.

I can't remember if they had kids on the books.

I know Maria in one of the books learns about her Dad and meets her half sister.

I always felt the name would be better for either Liz or Maria's children rather than Isabel. I get why Isabel was grieving, and battling a case of "What if" but the name makes more sense for Liz or Maria. Liz and Maria were grieving over their dead best friend, and someone who was with them from childhood. The name would be more relevant for them if they wanted to name one of their children.

I think if one of them had picked the name, the other might pick it as the middle name? Or a male and female Alex LOL. That would be a unique idea for the clan. If it was two males, the other would probably get it as a middle name.

In terms of the thread idea. I don't know if't been done before...recently...but how about...

How about Cherishing Max and Liz Evans #710: "Because Jason and Shiri are the only true Max and Liz!"

OR

If someone else has something, something to do about our love of OUR version of Roswell, and Max and Liz?
