That's awesome. Who is your favourite narrator?

Shall we start a fan list?

The first one, what her name, Elena?

Let's start a list.

Interesting... I like the books, and I think I have 3 to catch up on now.

Otherworld is urban fantasy although not really paranormal romance. The series is best known for its rotating collection of First Person female narrators---a werewolf, a witch, a demon, a necromancer, and a ghost. Armstrong does a pretty good job of giving each female lead their own unique personality and there is always plenty of action (usually murder or a crime) involved. Each narrator has their own self contained story, but I would still recommend reading in order because the characters are interconnected.

I haven't read past book 7, but I'm really looking forward to Waking the Witch. Unlike other series, Otherworld characters seem to age in real time(not like 10 books later they are only 2 years older.) So it will be interesting to see how much Savannah has changed in Waking the Witch.

I have never met Kelley Armstrong, but she seems to be one of the friendliest authors out there. She agrees to just about every blog interview request, constantly gives away signed books and ARCs, does writer workshops, conventions. NanNoWriMo... and has been known to meet up with her message board fans in yearly get-togethers.

I think I've read all books up until book 7 now. The other 3 books are on my current 'reading stack', so I plan on catching up on the series soonish.

I was lucky to meet her at the signing of Frostbitten in March in London. Got my copy of Exit Strategy (wrong series, I know) signed. She was very nice and exchanged a few words with everyone, signed all the books her fans brought along and even agreed to have pictures taken with her .
