Man, Teddy must have a "Kick Me" sign on his back, because he just keeps getting crapped on. Dolores/Wyatt fried his brain. When a girl starts talking about disease, flies, and dead cows, you'd think Teddy would at least be smart enough to get the hell out of there before it was too late.

Maeve really rocked this episode! Samurai, Ninjas, Geishas, Shoguns, and telepathic Maeve with a sword! I have to say that William and Maeve are really owning this season, while Dolores has been something of a disappointment. She's not the compelling, romantic, tragic character we saw in season one. Her schizophrenic "Wyatt" personality is making her bat crazy, but it's getting a bit tedious.

Dolores is kind of off the wall. She seems to have an agenda but you are right poor Teddy, he can't seem to win. Too bad he has an undying devotion to Dolores and does not have the freedom he needs.

Yep, I saw that. And the tech guy said that by making those radical alterations without a reset he couldn't be sure if Teddy would even hold together.


I still don't think that this is Dolores, though. A lot of people were shocked by what she did to Teddy, but hey, this is Teddy we're talking about. But I've noticed that since season two began, Dolores has always worn that farmer's daughter prairie dress and not the khaki trousers she wore when she was with William years earlier. When Dolores confronted her subconscious self, she saw the Wyatt version of herself in that blue dress. I think that the real Dolores has shut down ever since she found out that William was the Man In Black, and that Wyatt has taken over ever since. Sure, Wyatt has Dolores' memories, similar to how a dissociative alternate personality can share the memories of the main personality, like Norman Bates and Norma Bates. Dolores was never this psychotic before and I don't think that all the trauma she's been through can justify it. Maeve went through the same thing and you don't see her going all serial killer on anyone.

I think Maeve and Dolores are having opposite reactions to their awakening and they are both portraying human emotion but Maeve is showing compassion and love and Dolores is showing hate and revenge. I do like Maeve's story better this season, I love that she has developed a mind controlling super power It might be helpful when she reencounters Dolores in company. Poor Teddy is being used like a pawn while Maeve accepts Hector as he is. I still think Dolores is not completely in control of her actions though, maybe she never will be but that may be true of Maeve, Bernard tried to show her that everything she did was determined in her code.
I love the Clementine/New Clementine encounter, although I feel bad for Clem and want to see her back with Maeve soon. Also the snake and dragon girls are my new ship, they were certainly pretty curious about each other.

Oh I haven't asked my dad yet, I figured he has a lot to catch up on since he has to watch 15 episodes to catch up I will see him on Saturday so I will have to see if he got to watch any yet. If not I will nudge him a bit more. He loves Game of Thrones and even started watching Shameless I think Westworld will be his favorite though because it seems like his type of show
