i love buffy/Angel so i hope ill love the reboot. Is there a release date yet? I haven't seen one.

I don't even recall it being confirmed there is a Buffy reboot, just rumors and speculations. I do expect one to happen eventually though, it's inevitable. Especially when Hollywood is rebooting everything from the 80's and 90's.
