But I saw the chemistry there... even if they keep the relationship to a friendship, like you said before, the dynamic there seems really interesting. He's a faith man and her, since she's coming from the FBI and all, I believe to be the one with the facts. It's intriguing.

Oh totally- I love that dynamic. Here you have a man of faith who has begun to struggle with it and a woman who works for the FBI. Two people on totally different spectrums but brought together by a common enemy that threatens the people and threatens God.

Well if Roddenberry did jack as you say than he did a very a good way because it lasted four great year and one bad year with I do not blame on him.

Nothing wrong with a fanboy moment. In that case I'll have a fangirl moment: Definately lovin' those ships! Especially loved those smaller ones that led to the mothership. The way you stand up in them looked so awesome!

This is lightly off topic so I apologize, but I remember there was a thread about the original series here or in the tv forum. I had not seen the original before last week so I avoided it but now I would like to discuss it. I've been searching for it but cannot find it. If you know where it is could you please bump it.

Aah yes. The infamous "Renee Palmer Show" as we die hard viewers came to call it. lol The show really turned for the worse when she came on. When she did, they really screwed with the story lines and they lost a lot of viewers. No wonder why it got cancelled.

Hrmm... I wonder. Which lasted longer, the orginal "V" series or E:FC? I see a trip to imdb in the near future. lol

Before I started this thread I did try and look for any/all threads concerning "V". It was my intent to bump it up and update it to also include this new series. But... I didn't find any so I started this one.

I have an idea. How about two simple rules concerning this thread?

#1) No spoilers! Not even from the original series as they might spoil the new series.

#2) Since there is no visible thread to the original series... how about we also include it in this thread? And if so... maybe we can specify which one we are talking about by using o"V" for the old series and n"V" for the new series?

OR... maybe I should start a new thread specifically for the old "V"?

PLEASE... I beg nicely... no one start a new thread for the old "V" because I will put all of this forth to Cryostar and see what he thinks. THANKS! Until then... is this o.k. with everyone?

when it's geeky like this me and my friends call it fanboy moment

Weird, I know.

But yeah, the little ships were also pretty cool... I can't wait until we see more from inside the ships and stuff.
