Hrm, you know, that's kind of a big thing to get around. It's a surprise too, the cast was fairly experienced.

I love Alan and I love Zooey....The rest were known to me, but I thought they were ok. For the most part, as we get more and more into the story, Alan and Zooey get more center stage, especially Alan...you really start to feel for his character.

I don't think I've seen Zooey is anything before this. I'll have to make sure.

There's a better than average chance you have, you've just never noticed her. She plays a lot of offbeat roles that don't get a lot of fan fair. A lot of people remember her in Failure to Launch, she's Sarah Jessica Parker's room-mate.

Alan's character is semi tragic in the story, he's the reason most of these things are able to happen, but it's not his fault....someone took out his brain.

I checked her IMDB and I def seen some of the movies/shows she's been in. I never watched Failure to Launch but I did watch Elf, Almost Famous and The Good Girl. I don't place her but I watched those long ago.

Oh, that sounds sad. "If I only had a brain" heh.

Snicker....yeah, it's all good in the end....which i'm not very fond of, really, should have been more tragic.

A lot of people mistake her for her sister, emily, who's on bones.

Oh, they do look alike! I wasn't sure if they were sisters, nice looking family!

Oh, the dreary happy ending. I don't mind happy endings, but when they're too perfect, it bothers me.

Indeed they are, if they are a bit thin for my tastes.

I don't think that the ending was too happy....I do think that it wasn't in the spirit of Oz though, especially if you've ever read the books.

Aww I loved Tin Man. I don't think the ending was that happy either. I think something was missing but also I'm glad they didn't show a cheesy thing like DG becoming queen or something like that. And the thing I loved the most was that the hints for TWoO were subtle but brilliant at the same time, well IMO anyways.

It just seemed too many things fell into place. There was no angst, there was no danger left....there needs to be, it's Oz after all.

Yeah, I agree. I think that maybe they didn't show any kind of other 'danger' remaining so that people wouldn't say they did it just to make a part 2 if they wanted to
