I agree that Sam should have been the leader of SG-1 after Jack. Though I think that Teal'c should have been the 2IC. Teal'c might not be in the military or from Earth but he's got more experience that all the rest and I think he has earn the spot of 2IC, while Cam was just a newbie when it came to travelling through the Stargate.

I disagree. She left the team, then Cam was assigned as the leader, then Sam came back. Them's the breaks

Yeah, I am excited. He didn't think he was going to like the show (even though he liked the movie) because the one or two episodes he saw before starting at the beginning had him completely lost. (And were several seasons later so they had the Prometheus--he couldn't account for the jump in technology).

It's nice to have something as great as Stargate that I can share with him--like I said I completely credit my love of sci-fi to him. It's great to finally return the favor.

Here's a figure that I made of Sam.

Stargate Atlantis "Grace Under Pressure" Sam

"The way I see it, you’re scared. You’re a little panicked, you’re a lot lonely. You knew you could use some help, so your subconscious is manifesting the one person you know is smarter than you."

Recipe: Field-Ops Sam head, YW Cordelia body, and Chosen Faith arms. I sanded down her torso, hips, hair, and hat. I then sculpted her sweater, part of her pants, and hair. She's in scale with the rest of the Stargate figures.
