I didn't mind Ben at all. I did think that Cam was a little too much like Crichton at times though, but he still played the character well

I still don't think there has been actual confirmation of Jack and Sam being together but there has been little teasing things that makes it seem like they just might be. I don't know if anything was mentioned during her stint on Atlantis though. I'm going with yes, yes they are.

On screen actual confirmation--ie more than hints--nope, none so far. (Though some of the hints are pretty strong). See Jennifer's list for the circumstantial evidence.

Most of the SG guys are pretty good looking--Cam no exception. I like all the hints they give about Cam and Dr. Lam. (Watch S9 w/commentary and you'll see more the second time around).

What can I say? I'm a hopeless romantic.

ooh, I like Cam, but I don't like him as the leader of SG1. There were lots of Sam/Jack hints throughout, and in the last season of Atlantis.

Just got off the phone with my dad. Fortunately he wasn't paying attention when he watched Children of the Gods and completely missed the nudity.

and :sighs: with relief.

He says I've got him hooked on the show and he's in the middle of season 2 now. He's also watching bits of syndicated reruns on the weekend and has seen bits of season 10. He's working his way up methodically though.

Another SG-1 fan!

I knew he'd love it. He's ex-military and he's the guy that got me hooked on sci-fi in the first place by watching Original ST on Saturday mornings, then STNG when it came out not to mention all the ST movies, Buck Rogers, Old Flash Gordon (cartoons too), Original Battlestar Galactica, etc, etc.

My uncle used to work in Cheyenne mountain and he's a practical joker. My kids ask if the Stargate is real. My dad thinks I should have my uncle play a joke on them...

Yeah, I always thought Sam should be the leader of SG-1 after Jack. Cam's awesome and all, but he should have been her 2IC.
