Shep could also be Doc Brown based on his "Back To The Future" references.

Glad you all like the title. It's courtesy of the very lucisious McKay.

Coolove!!!

Yeeeeee! It's the Kirk quote. The Stormcellar and I had to fight over who got to mention it in their sig!!

I.WIN.

I don't fight so nice. What did y'all think of "the brotherhood"? I was really quite PO'd that they didn't get the ZPM. After all Rodney had to do... and wooo-hooo to more Kolya! I loves me a good bad guy!!

The Brotherhood was okay, I thought it was a little boring but I loved the Mensa scene

The ZPM thing frustrated me too! All that effort...

Koyla's a great bad guy! Wish I could remember where I've seen the actor before. He seemed really familiar.

Robert Davi was the F.B.I. team leader on Profiler during it's entire run.
Maybe that's where you remember him from?

Question: Was the ZPM any good? It wasn't glowing. We (my kids and I) were wondering if it was of any use at all anyway.

One more question: Why does Rodney refer to a ZPM as a "zed" PM instead of a "zee" PM? Accent?

As Daniel explains it so simply in Rising... He's Canadian.

They only glow when they are being used.

Regarding not getting the ZPM: I wish someone had mentioned that some Earthlings are descended from the Ancients. I think that is the accepted explanation for how Sheppard and the others acquired the Ancient gene (not including McKay who has the synthetic version)? Now I do realize the new Brotherhood may not have believed them without sufficient proof, maybe not even then, but at least it would seem as though Sheppard’s team had presented all reasonable arguments for their cause.

About Robert Davi, he was also one of the Agents Johnson in Die Hard.
