Stargate SG-1 Returns 7/14, 9/8c, Sci Fi Channel
Sargate Atlantis Returns 7/14, 10/9c, Sci Fi Channel
With the 10th season of Stargate SG-1, the show becomes TV’s longest-running sci-fi series, and former star Richard Dean Anderson will reprise his role as ornery Jack O’Neill for several episodes. Meanwhile, on Stargate Atlantis, the Wraith set their sites on the ultimate banquet-Earth. “We’ll be exploring who these scary villains really are,” says exec producer Robert Cooper.

This is actually about that commercial RDA did, but it mentions SG-1 and Atlantis:

Matt Roush: I think the commercial is (in a word) priceless. And I'm not sure why you thought Anderson had retired from acting altogether. He was just tired of the Stargate series grind, and who can blame him? (He'll be making guest appearances on both SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis this summer.) This fun stunt was filmed expressly for this commercial campaign, not cobbled together from old MacGyver sequences.

So, SciFi has been advertising "sneak peek" or "behind the scenes" clips to air during Monday's Stargate block. I was not home Monday and was wondering if I missed anything interesting.

i never could get into Stargate Atlantis but i like Stargate SG-1 pretty well. thanks for the info on when the new season was starting, i was wondering.
