With just a little over a week till the BDM, I am getting very excited. I might even see it twice opening day. As for titles, I like "They tried to kill us - they did kill us - and HERE WE ARE!!!!", it just fits.

I noticed because I'd heard a bunch of stuff about it around the fan community beforehand, but my Mum, who's seen every episode a few times with me, didn't notice anything. On the other hand, my friend Hils, who's only seen six or so episodes once each, did notice!

Before Jewel was able to play the part of Kaylee in the television series she had to gain about 20 pounds. This was because Joss wanted the character to look really healthy and like a person who enjoys life and who savors stuff (like food?). Once the show was cancelled she lost a lot of that weight. Then when the movie was given a green light they didn't make her gain the weight back.

We were just talking about if we noticed it or not.

I really hadn't noticed that. Because in the series, every site described Kaylee as chubby. To me, Kaylee looked normal sized, healthy. In the photos for the movie, she looks a little thinner, but she seems to have more curves. Oh well, I think Jewel is pretty no matter what.

I have a question.. does anyone know where there are graphics out there made to put on shirts? What I mean is things that people have made for fans to use as iron on graphics for shirts? I'm asking because I want to make a shirt to wear to the movie.

Oh that's a good idea.

Seems like Serenity is getting some good publicity lately. I saw an ad on several channels, including MTV in the last couple days. My school paper is even doing an article about it.
