Ok, so a buddy asked me to draw a science fiction picture for him.
But I really haven't read any sci-fi. I know he likes dune and classic sci-fi books.

Normally I do somewhat insane drawings.

SO. I'm asking for suggestions. What's a cool scene in a sci-fi book or movie that you think would make a crazy picture?

Hey and welcome to ! Glad to have you with us. I've only played the Dune computer game and not read the books, but I'm thinking there might be some battle scenes there that could make an interesting drawing. Failing that, there's always Jules Verne's classic Journey to the Center of the Earth - the dinosaur fight, for instance, could make a cool drawing.

I haven't read the Dune books and only once seen a part of the movie, but maybe you could go with a scene involving the sand worms, as they seem to play an important part in that fandom
