They went less for the funny last episode and it felt too much of a Star Trek copy, but then again they never pretend to be anything else so that's fine

I enjoyed it. It was a lot more serious but I think it worked ok, yes very Star Trek-y but I agree it hasn't pretended to be anything else. The ending was heart breaking but realistic and the baby Rudolph toy slayed me.

A few too many penis jokes in this episode for me and I didn't find it as funny overall. And yes, the storyline seemed VERY Star Trek-y, but as others have said, that's to be expected from this show.
