That's a long time, but at least you know it will get better. Do you need to do any sort of exercise to improve the condition, or stop it happening again?

No, just not put my weight on my elbow or sleep on that side.

And to make sure I'm using the fingers even if I can't feel them.

Apparently it's really common. You know that feeling when you hit your 'funny bone' and how it hurts? That's the area of the nerve I've impacted/compressed/pinched. Such a fluke and it will heal, it's the waiting, and we know how impatient I am!
