Our education system could use some work in that area. Funding for special education is always the first to get cut. Often the child with a parent willing to lobby for help is the one that receives it.

The weekend was okay.

Saw my son's teacher yesterday. As much as we'd already seen the Special Educational Needs teacher, it was an interesting and productive meeting. I'm feeling more positive about his progress, now.

I actually managed a short run yesterday. My hard work is finally starting to pay off! And I loved it too, I felt so free!
