this is one of my favorite shows ever and definitely the best Vampire show that's ever been made so sad it got canceled... I have the DVD and I've watched it so many times and the cast is just perfect Alex, Sophia, Jason, Shannon perfection! |

It is an amazing show, and one of my favorite vampire ones. I am sad that it got canceled too and still feel that if they had kept it around a while longer that it would have been more successful. We are doing a re-watch right now (a new episode every Wednesday night), would you like to join in? We are currently discussing episode 3- Dr. Feelgood right now Ok- sorry I didn't post the other night. I thought the episode was much better than last weeks but still not one of my favorites. It does help to really see Mick's POV about turning, since we get to see what it did to the new vampire. It's horrible that the doctor was so out of control that he killed his wife. I also love that this episode brought us more into the world of the vampires, and introduced us to the cleaners. I love their outfits and think that it is a brilliant idea to have them. It also explained more of the backstory and the rules on turning. I also love how Beth handled the whole vampire information stuff. Offering Mick a chip without garlic was hilarious and so were her questions on whether he could fly or not. This is one of my favorite episodes for their banter. I also absolutely loved Josef and the golf in his office . __________________

That the new vampire got so out of control was kinda sad and it was his sire's fault, who didn't want to take on the responsibility.
The cleaners are pretty cool. And Beth making a superhero out of Mick. __________________

There's three cleaners on the show and each one is "The Cleaner". I don't know if they're supposed to be the same character, just acted by different actresses, or different characters. The second one tries to get Mick to call her.

Yeah, I'd doubt that too, it would be just to big of a city.
They have to work fast and secretly. __________________

So only a few more hours until it's the next episode, and I haven't even posted about the last one.
Fever is one of my fave Moonlight episodes. The weekly story was good, and I really liked the pregnant babysitter and how it involved all the major characters (except Josef ). I like that Josh and Mick interact more in this episode. It's no fun having a love triangle where the guys don't interact. I also like that Josh and Beth are cute in this episode. I don't ship them, but it makes it easier to understand her actions later on. Mick was so sweet to the girl, and I really enjoyed seeing him interact with her. I loved Mick and Beth's banter (somewhat flirty) in the beginning, and how upset Beth was when she thought he was dead. Sophia Myles did a fantastic job with that crying scene. The drinking blood thing was awesome, and they did well with that scene. It was made even better by the music which I thought was particularly great this episode. I also loved how we learned a lot more about vamps this episode and the sun thing. __________________

The babysitter was Vanessa Lengies. She's really good. She was a regular on American Dreams.
