| I wish i could show you the cave troll but i don't have a scanner. The two smaller pics are a couple that my cousin scanned for me as they are pictures taken with actual film, and most of my pictures are like that. | I only know how long it takes to fly places I've been to multiple times or am currently planning to visit. BTW - it would take me at least 19 hours to get to New Zealand. | |||

| I believe I was less than 6 months old when I took my first plane ride courtesy of the USAF. Once my father retired there were years in which I never even saw an airplane but I've been riding more frequently recently. I've already made one trip this year and will be making at least 2 more, including one trans-Atlantic. No plans for New Zealand, though. If I were flying there, I would have to change planes at least once. While our airport is international, it's very limited (4 total foreign destinations - 3 in Mexico and 1 in Canada). Back to Tolkien - I've had The Book of Lost Tales Part One on my bookshelf for many years. Is it as dry as The Silmarillion? | |||
