I think the lack of interest of the writers showed in the end. I mean they'd set up meaty story arcs but just failed to follow up on it. I'm not MerArthur fan so I can say the pandering to those who were just got too much. It reached a point of ridiculousness that the nemesis of the series - was just completely ignored and of course became too cliche. Morgana developed into one of the most interesting characters in fandom for a while was turned into a screaming witch. Considering her history with Arthur (especially him) and her friends..it was a little much watching her go crazy on them without explaining her side of the story first

I loved them as friends - it was one of the most yet dorky bromances I've ever watched. I didn't understand the !romanticMerthur
