Hi fellow sci-fi / fantasy fans. I thought since the anticipated Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is about to hit theaters world wid, why not have an article dedicated to the inhabits of Middle Earth.

I still need to see the first one. I had completely forgotten about it until I saw a preview for it at the theater last night.

So excited for the new Hobbit movie! :yay:

I should watch The Desolation of Smaug at some point next week. Excited!

There's a National Geographic documentation about LotR. I ended up falling a sleep (I like to put on documentaries and crime shows when I go to sleep). But it made me want to watch the movies again and possibly read the books.

I caught the second half of the second movie and the third movie last night. And still doesn't fail..I still tear up at the end of the third.
