The Librarians is an American TV series created by John Rogers (Catwoman, Transformers, Leverage). It airs on the TNT channel with the first episode of season 1 premiering on December 7, 2014. It is a direct spin-off of The Librarian movie series and it completely shares the continuity with the movies. All four were chosen by Flynn Carsen (portrayed by Noah Wyle) to form a new team of Librarians. Their objective is solving various mysteries and fight against supernatural threats, especially the Serpent Brotherhood, which is led by the mysterious immortal Dulaque (portrayed by Matt Frewer).

When did it air last year? January?
November, like this year. They're consistent.
I still find it interesting, though. With ten episodes it's a short season. But it isn't a mid season show or a summer show, but airs kind of in the middle of the first batch of episodes of the long shows.

So excited to see this again. My friend has all the movies and episodes on her dvr and hasn't watched them yet - I may go over there have a big power watch some weekend with her.

With only the one 10 episode season of The Librarians it's easy to catch up.

They are so good!! You'll love em!!!

Lutesse 09-14-2015 07:04 PM

I'm sure they are, but I'm not inclined to pay for them. Between cable w/HBO, Hulu+ and Netflix, I'm already paying an outrageous amount of money for TV.

ChakotaysLover 09-14-2015 08:47 PM

Hahaaha!! I understand! LOL!
