| System Manager ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I started watching S3. Some parts of it I remember well, because that's what they were filming when I visited the studio in Halifax - I spent a day there watching them film the volleyball-ish game, hanging out with Lex Gigeroff and Brian Downey (I remember having lunch with Fifi too, that creeped me out a bit). Michael McManus actually had a spring-loaded version of Kai's brace weapon, and I remember him accidentally shooting it at the cameraman in one shot. The day we were at the studio happened to be a Friday when they did their weekly cast and crew wrap party, and we were all invited. At the party, I ran into Nigel Bennett (Prince), that was actually how I found out he was going to be in S3. So watching S3 is entertaining for me for more than just the episodes, it brings back a lot of off-camera memories too. There were a few highlights to the season I'd completely forgotten about though, like Live Kai and Out-of-alignment Kai, or Lex as Doctor Rainbow. Overall I like the season, but I find that some of the episodes drag, because the main focus of the season was the overall arc rather than the individual eps. The idea is neat though, and it has a lot of style. But the balance wasn't as good as S2. __________________ "Before I go, I just want to tell you you were fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Season 3 I was partial on some episodes, though, for the most part, I was not very enthused by it. __________________ "Be quiet brain, or I'll stab you with a Q-tip!" Besides, I need to get my passport renewed before I can visit Halifax. ![]() __________________ "Be quiet brain, or I'll stab you with a Q-tip!"
