ownership change for SPACE channel?
I don't have a news link... but it looks like Canada's 'SPACE' cable channel will be taken over by CTV as part of the CTV-CHUM network deal.
I'm not sure how I feel about this. CTV is not a genre-friendly network, so I don't know how much SPACE programming will benefit from this. SPACE also shared programming(eg. Battlestar Galactica, Supernatural, Stargate etc..) with it's sister station CityTV. However CityTV is being sold off to Rogers Cable. Confusing much?  |
