| Elite Fan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I like the funny episodes the best. Our Mrs Reynolds and Jaynestown are my favourites, but then after that I love Shindig, Out of Gas, Objects in Space and Heart of Gold. All the others come in equal third place...apart from Bushwhacked. I could never get into that one. __________________ I’m just bowled over by him. He’s made my life exponentially more livable. | |||

I think the best episodes are where there are scary elements, but it's balanced by the humor and the character development. __________________ --Dev [Nathan/Haley] [Jim/Pam] [Matt/Julie]

| Elite Fan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think the reason I didn't really love Bushwhacked is just ... actually, I don't know what it is. I got a little bit bored, that's all. But whenever I rewatch it, there are heaps and heaps of lines that make me laugh, so I could never say I *dislike* the episode. Shindig was the first episode I watched where I went "Wow. I *love* this show!" - Serenity, The Train Job and Bushwhacked didn't do it for me. But now, watching them over and over, Bushwhacked is the only one that I still don't like. __________________ I’m just bowled over by him. He’s made my life exponentially more livable. | |||

| I have to say I really enjoy Bushwacked, because the plot was so jam-packed with stuff. Not that I dislike any of the other episodes... I guess my least favourite is probably War Stories, though. Lots of people seem to like Shindig a lot. I found it all right, but not that interesting. I suppose it's a big step forward for Mal/Inara shippers. Is that why you guys like it? Or is it something else? Another of my favourites is Objects in Space. Especially after hearing Joss' commentary on it. It just added a whole new dimension of the appreciation of the episode, and the whole thing is just fantastic and a fabulous note to go out on. __________________ Nicky a.k.a. obsessive24 fics | vids | stupid little life | |||

| The second episode I ever saw was Our Mrs. Reynolds so it's definitely my favorite. I think it was the first I saw that showed the chemistry of the entire crew. I love it. And of course the whole Mal/Inara-ness going on helped. "I just fell is all" is my absolute favorite line. __________________ --Dev [Nathan/Haley] [Jim/Pam] [Matt/Julie] | |||

| Firefly sountrack - time for some REAL NOISE! Bringing over from the 'versal board: ________________________________________ Okay Browncoats - - here's the update - - FoxMusic.Publishing@fox.com We need to attack, en masse, and let Fox know that we WANT a Firefly soundtrack. Judging by the response from La La Land Records, they are willing and able; and I've just gotten word from Greg Edmonson's agent - - they, too, are willing and able. It's up to the folks at Fox. With the BDMovie less than 2 months away, the original episodes being re-aired on the Sci-Fi channel, and the DVD sets currently selling quite well, it seems like an ideal time for Fox to strike with a Firefly soundtrack...they need to hear us! Everyone please take a moment and send them a note to the email address above (Do you have multiple email accounts? All the better!!) Keep it short and sweet, just let them know that you'd be very interested in purchasing music from the television series Firefly. Browncoats are nothing if not determined. We get what we want by making LOTS of noise. So...? Who's with me? *cross-posting in Serenity and Firefly threads* __________________ "I will always mourn the show. My least favourite episode would be 'War Stories' - it was just too dark for me. __________________ 'We're Starfleet officers. Weird is part of the job.' | |||

I downloaded season three of Two Guys and a Girl, for Nathan, and noticed that one of the episodes of that was called War Stories, too! ...Well, it amused me... And we had a "Firefly" moment at work today - my co-worker Phill did an impression of something, and had us all in stitches, laughing so hard we couldn't breathe. Reminded me SO much of "the man's psychotic!!" from Serenity pt2 ![]() __________________ I’m just bowled over by him. He’s made my life exponentially more livable.

| Don't know if I could pick a favourite, I know my least favourites (Heart of Gold and Safe). Obviously Out of Gas and Objects in Space rule beyond belief, I love loads of War Stories, The Message has the most beautiful ending, Jaynestown is the funniest, Ariel is absolutely awesome for so many reason, and Serenity Pt. I and II are just exemplary. I'll stop now, I'm just listing every episode ![]() | |||

I think I love Heart of Gold for its Inara-ness, and I just love Nandi. __________________ I’m just bowled over by him. He’s made my life exponentially more livable.

I didn't particularly like Heart of Gold, although the Kaylee and Wash scenes were cute. I seem to be in the minority here because I don't really like any of the Mal/Inara heavy ones. My favourites (Safe, Ariel, OiS) are usually centred around my preferred characters, Simon and River. __________________ Nicky a.k.a. obsessive24 fics | vids | stupid little life
