If you're looking for Firefly vids, you don't need to go further than Jade_Kadir's Firefly vid archive. She kindly compiled a list of all known vidders for the fandom. It's a great resource.

I know what you mean! The show just aired on telly over here earlier in the year! But I guess it's quite fortunate that the movie is coming out soon and the anticipation is building again, so the fan community is still quite active.

I tried to make a Kaylee/Inara vid, although the femslash subtext didn't come out too well. It's weird because the subtext seemed more prominent in the actual show than the vid, when usually it's the other way around for me.

Thanks for the info about the Serenity thread. If there aren't any spoilers there, I'll have to go by and check it out.

I am so excited about the movie. I think I'm going to have to start going through the episodes on DVD again in preparation for September.

Hello all!! While FF was being a butthead, I amused myself by making some icons and thought I would share. There's only 3 but the 3rd one has 3 versions. My best friend suggested the text on the first on and then I played around with some things and couldn't decide what I liked the best. So here they are:

It's a good idea! I had a Firefly weekend and watched them all again before my screening of the movie, which was on a Tuesday. I think it made me feel even giddier when I saw the BDHs up on the big screen!

I was all giddy just to see the trailer. I'm not sure how I'm going to react at actually seeing the BDM.
