Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so probably Angel too since it's a spin off. Also Dollhouse I think.

I loved the movie. I thought it was an awesome movie, thought I didn't like Wash dying.

What I loved about the series was that, even though we knew the terrifying Reavers were lurking out there and saw some of their "work," we never actually had to see them. And nobody died.

The movie did both, and kinda spoiled the light-hearted feeling I had from the TV show.

I didn't watch either of those. I may be the the only person in America who never saw an episode of either one.

I only started watching Buffy last year. One of my friends has always been a huge fan of Buffy, she even named her dog Buffy when she was a teenager. I never got to watching it though, since I didn't really have the resources. Saw some episodes, but never all season Started watching it last year, and bingewatched everything in like two months

Just started watching Firefly a couple of weeks ago. Too bad there's only one season. It's really good, but not really bingewatching-material, so I'm taking it slow I like the whole wild-west-in-space appearance.

It is a real shame that there's only one season. Glad you're enjoying it.

Welcome to the SF/F board, Mascha!! I hope you'll be a frequent visitor.
Firefly has only one season, but it's one of the most re-watchable series of all time. imo. Glad you're enjoying it.

Buffy having so many seasons is sort of intimidating. I really should give it a try, though.

It has a lot to offer. I liked Angel the best of the two but you should probably watch Buffy first.

You really should! That's exactly what I thought at first, but when you start watching and get to the end, it's like "wait, that's it?!"

I'm watching way too many shows at once, especially now that I got Netflix last month... But Im gonna promise myself that Firefly is the first show that I'll finish before anthing else

I can relate to having too many shows to watch.

Me too. But I finally seem to be making some progress with my recorded shows.

Most of my weekly shows are finished for the season now. There are a lot of series I'd like to see, so I'll have to make some hard choices for my Summer viewing.

Me too, I even made a list of the shows to watch but I only watch one and I don't watch another until I'm done (plus the currently airing shows I watch)

I do that too. Makes watching all the things on my to-watch list take ages.
