According to his bio at IMDb, Adam is 6'4". [Just shy of 2 meters for those of you who use metric.]

At least 6'4" (as stated above), though he seemed even bigger/taller. Big, big guy. You'd think he'd be intimidating, but once you start talking with him, he has a wonderful way of putting you at ease. Nathan Fillion does as well, and he's a pretty big guy. Not as tall as Adam, but I'd say at least 6'0".

Did anybody catch CSI last night? Summer Glau (River) was one of the guest stars.

I'm 185 cm tall, (that's 6 ft, 1" for all you Americans who use the older, and far less accurate Imperial system).

hehehe, I truly am that ^ height.

Oh, that's perfect!

I always get a big grin on my face during that final scene with Simon and Mal in the pilot.

"We're still flying."
"That's not much."
"It's enough."

Me too...and sometimes it even brings a tear to my eye...it just sums up the show, and the fan struggle to save it, perfectly.

One of my most favorite scene or lines of dialogue in the show was from 'Safe'...
-----
SIMON
Captain --?
You... you came for us.

MAL
You're on my crew.

SIMON
Right. I just, I guess I didn't..
you don't even like me.

MAL
You're on my crew. Why we still
talking about this?
Chow's in ten. No need to dress.

-----

This gave real insight into Mal's character and his way of thinking. And as a result also to the rest of the crew's way of thinking (except maybe Jayne..).

i jsut got the dvds and i love the show! it's so touching, and its so funny. jayne's my all time fave character on tv, and i haven't s\even seen the entire series!

i love it in serenity when kaylee asks him to do something, to look into the control box or something. and he opens it and just gives this look like "oh crap" it was so funny

Welcome, new Browncoat!!

Jayne is a wonderful character - - my 2nd Fave (Captain Mal is #1!). Have you seen the "Ariel" episode yet? AMAZING work from Adam in that episode!!

And you know about the Movie, right? April 2005 - - Serenity. You can follow the link in my signature to the Official Movie site!!

Time for a new thread all, or, what might be better, close this down in favor of the Serenity Movie thread. What say you?

Twilight isn't about vampires, it's about teenagers with sharp teeth.
Vampires don't "sparkle" in the sun: they screech in horror, burst into flame and wither to ash.

Personally, I would keep two threads open since the movie is supposed to be separate from the show. That way any discussion for the movie can be done in the movie thread and any discussion for the show and what happened in the 13 eps can be in that thread.

OK, so who's making a new thread?
