Favourite scifi/fantasy death scenes #2

This is the second thread where you talk about the best death scenes you have seen of any characters in any sci-fi tv show/movie or any fantasy tv show/movie.

Mine were John Crichton, Buffy Summers, Jonathan Kent and Clark Kent...the rest will come to me and I will edit this post.

Favorite? Some of the most "fun" occurred in The Lost Boys - Nanook dunking the "one that looked like Twisted Sister," the arrow through the dark-haired vamp that pinned him to the stereo, etc.

One of the most memorable: Spock's death in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

I think I said this in the previous thread, but I thought that scene was Shatner's finest moment in Star Trek ever.

Talking about silly deaths, how about Paul Reuben's (aka Pee Wee Herman) death scene in the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie? That was pretty bizarre.

Did you know that was not meant to be the scene? He was drunk as hell and was a bit insane so that explains a lot.

It doesn't surprise me a bit, that scene looked like it belonged on a gag reel, not in the finished movie!

Twilight isn't about vampires, it's about teenagers with sharp teeth.
Vampires don't "sparkle" in the sun: they screech in horror, burst into flame and wither to ash.

Hahaha, I forgot about that bit...reminds me of that rock demon getting his head sliced in half in the anime 'Ninja Scroll'.

There are so many great death scenes. I enjoyed a lot on shows like "Buffy" and "Xena". On "Buffy", Spike, Anya, Tara and Molly's death scenes were very touching. And on Xena, Callisto's death scenes (heh, her first death and last death mostly) were wonderful. In movies, I enjoyed "X-Men" deaths and Kyra in "Chronicles of Riddick". I'm mostly thinking of ones I've seen recently.

Characters that have been resurrected, multiple times don't count

Data!

No way! I love the resurrections because they're too funny. Can't get rid of those characters.
