I'll take the outtake reels, but you can have the commentary. Just not my bag.

Twilight isn't about vampires, it's about teenagers with sharp teeth.
Vampires don't "sparkle" in the sun: they screech in horror, burst into flame and wither to ash.

Aww, but if the right people are doing the commentary, you can find out such interesting stuff. Oh well, to each his own.

You know, as funny as the actual episodes are, how funny will the outtakes be? Are some of them intentional - someone pulling a joke on another cast member? Props behaving badly?

If imdb.com can be believed, the pilot aired July 18th last year so it will be a week early this year.

Yep, the season returns on the 10th. Sweet. I caught some promos from the show last week. This season looks great.

In the box below is a Q&A about Eureka that appears on today's tvguide.com Ask Ausiello column. It's not super spoilery but just in case someone is more spoiler-phobic than me...

Spoiler:
Question: Can you give us some scoop on the upcoming season of that oh-so-great Sci-Fi show Eureka?— David

Ausiello: Prepare to ignite your addiction all over again just in the first two episodes alone. And when I say "ignite," I'm talking a combustible situation that needs to be solved very quickly. Plus, Henry creates a device that will change Carter forever, Nathan's power is tested, and Fargo is forced into a position that expands into troublesome proportions.

Oooo. Great spoilers. Cannot wait for the premiere. Interesting note about Stark. I personally think he's a great character, and I'd love to see him and Carter go head to head a bit more.

Ohh...I didn't know that the DVD is out!!?!?

I’m waaaaay excited for the return of Eureka. Such a cool show!!!

I love the conspiracy feel to it – SCI FI really did an excellent job with this one.

Now that it’s in its second season I bet they'll delve even deeper into the town. There should be some really cool secrets and gadgets this season. Should be awesome!!!

This show has such great characters and it's very interesting how you can't take the town for granted b/c anything can happen.

I can't wait for the premiere, I already have it season-passed

Whoa...

Season-pass...GREAT idea!!!

Yeah, I really love Salli Richardson on Eureka. I thought she was good in Anacondas and it's nice to see her getting a solid role on this great show.

Her dynamic with Colin Ferguson is amazing too, they really have some good chemistry.

Maybe a love connection with the new season?

Season 2 Premiere tonight!!!

Episode description according to tvguide.com's Hot List:
Quote:
In the second-season premiere, a public gathering to observe solar flares turns into the Burning Man festival when one of the townspeople inexplicably bursts into flames. Meanwhile, Sheriff Carter and Henry Deacon try to cope with the time line that was restored at the end of the first-season finale as new twists reveal that the past isn't what it used to be.
As mentioned before, I bought the Season 1 DVDs last week. I've been busy but have managed to watch all the deleted scenes and outtakes with and without commentary, as well as the pilot episode with commentary (though not the podcast track). Interesting stuff that explains a lot.
