Anyone excited for this show? I've been seeing promos for several months now. It looks like its going a little bizarre, which is good.

From the cast, I recognize Greg Germann from Ally McBeal.

I'm mixed on it. 2/3rds of the promos I end up loving, either as funny or doing something that I think is cool. The other half just look plain stupid.

The promos say "small town, big secret". I think it looks interesting.

I already know wht the big secret is already...in fact, it's the show's premise. The town is the base to a secret government installation that houses super-genius think tanks and inventors. I kind of like it....lets your immagination go a bit.

Parts of this show are filmed in my town. Like the town square and Sherrif's office, also the restaurant they go too. It's pretty cool. I dont understand a single thing at this point though but its neat.

I think its going to be quirky fun but its not going to be a huge breakthrough like Battlestar or Lost or anything.

that's awesome. Do you see the cast hanging around your town? I found out today that one of the guys is Miles from Terminator 2 (the guy that helps found SkyNet).

it looks a bit starnge but i bet it'll be interesting to watch. i'll al least watch the series premiere to see if i like it or not.

it will be hard for any show to be as good as battlestar (which was snubbed big time at Emmy announcements today), but I really do have high hopes for this one.

I found a fun site SciFi put together for the show off their main site called Made In Eureka (madeineurkea.com). I got a kick out of the way they show off inventions like a personality detector and roll up computer. From the looks of things, the inventions on the show will be well thought out.

They only film parts here, so we dont really see cast members hanging out anywhere but on set. It was its last day of filming here, I think its gonna be a short first season. I cant wait though.
