As far as I know, there was never a channel I got growing up that showed Dr. Who at all, even though we got some kids shows and programming from England cause we were in Canada. But I only watched a few episodes from the new series starting in 2005.

The Old Who was already over for an few years when I was born, so I've only really had the New Who on TV and even then it's barely on TV down here.

I know Old Who was shown in Australia. Stuff they edited from episodes still exists for the 1960s stuff.

Its been available to me on Netflix but I haven't checked to make sure its still there!
