Sci-Fi/Fantasy - The Discworld Series by Terry Pratchett

Hi everybody, I just got into the above mentioned books and basically I just wanted a place to talk about them while I go through them.

I am currently reading The Amazing Maurice and his educated Rodents. Next up is Hogfather, I think. I also got 8 others from the library for now.

The Hogfather Movie was fantastic! I just finished watching The Colour of Magic. I also own the Discworld - Soul Music and Discworld - Wyrd Sisters animated series on VHS. I have read a few of the books, one that I remember was the one with Death's Apprentice.

His Daughter is the main character in the Soul Music animated series. It was cool seeing Terry in both live action movies too. Hogfather he was in the end scene and in Colour of Magic it was in the beginning.

The one with the apprentice is Mort, I believe.Anyway I stayed up and finished The Amazing maurice and it was wonderful. Its one of those books that a 13 year old could read and enjoy and get something from as could a 21 year old or a 50 year old. I just started Hogfather and so far the movie was very faithful to the book.
