Hey all [img]smilies/wave.gif[/img] I have only seen one eppy of the Dead zone. I didn't even know it existed before... Anyway, I really liked it and am hooked. I was wondering is this a series still in production or has it already been cancelled? I saw that USA and Scifi channels both play eppys of it. The only eppy I've so far seen is the one where the guy has a vision that he is disappearing and then he goes and meets the guy who accidently got his capers. Anyway, gotta go for now. Thanks

Yes the series is still in production. It is currently in Season 2. It gets replayed on SciFi everyweek after it airs originally on USA.

There seems to be some insecurity about whether they have been renewed. Again, I don't really follow them faithfully, but to me it sounded like they haven't heard from either side yet, nothing about being renewed, but nothing about being cancelled yet.

I think it would be horrible if they didn't renew it, after all the show has a well defined and clear cut mythology [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]

There hasn't been a renewal notice, but since it's on USA, i'm sure it'll get renewed b/c rating expectations are lower and Monk and The Dead Zone are doing great in the ratings dept vs their regular programing.

I heard Michael Piller, the producer, say that there won't be a cliffhanger, but it could go into production again in the summer.
