I hope that the dvd movie comes out. Hopefully the success of the Stargate dvd movies (crossing fingers) will show MGM that fans do stick around and people will buy it.

I've seen both Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies. Personally Wonderfalls rocked. I stuck with it through all the time changes and severe lack of advertise to actually know when the dates changed and bought the dvd when it came out. Pushing Daisies is good but it's not a "I have to watch it" show that Wonderfalls was for me. It's more of a "if I remember it's on I may watch it and be entertained" show for me.

Yeah, well I took a leap of faith and bought the Wonderfalls DVD before actually have seen any of it. But, I knew I loved DLM, so I figured I had a good chance of loving it. And I did love it. I watched Pushing Daisies before knowing it was a Bryan Fuller show and wasn't impressed, then having found out it was a Bryan Fuller show I gave it a second chance and I didn't find it quite as bad. And I do like Lee Pace.

On the contrary, Wonderfalls was a great show, whereas Pushing Daisies is seriously disappointing.

Here's what seems to be the official website for the DVD movie, although it doesn't clear up the release date: Dead Like Me DVD

awesome job finding that. That seems like a good omen, although, 2009 is a long time away...

George goes to meet her fellow reapers and collect her next assignment, but their usual meeting place has burned down, and Rube, the head reaper and their boss, is nowhere to be found.
The only thing about this movie is I hate that Rube's gone and now looks like so is Der Waffle Haus.

Well, since we've got a large following of wonderfalls, there will be a crossover between Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies coming up this next season.

Oh . That means I'm going to have to watch Pushing Daisies again, with Ned and Chuck and bloody Olive and the pies and the goddamn bloody narration.

Actually, someone on another message board posted it and I checked it out before bringing the link here.

Oh, I freaked out then re: the PD/W crossover. I don't like crossovers, they take away a sense of reality. I miss the Tylers though, I prefer Lee Pace as Aaron Tyler than as Ned. I just do love Wonderfalls.

Oh, well thanks for bringing it over, it was cool to see George on that vid.

My Stargate Continuum DVD just arrived and inside was a flyer for Dead Like Me: The Movie that says "ALL-NEW MOVIE COMING SOON TO DVD." I consider that a good sign.

I somewhat dislike that they're setting George up to be cross with her head reaper again....I hope it's not too contrived.
