According to the imdb.com page for the video, Rube Sofer (Mandy Patinkin) has departed - no reason listed.

Callum Blue (Mason) was on Dirt this evening playing a photographer. Have no idea how many episodes he's scheduled for.

He's someone that's floated around alot, talking about someone who's lived like Mason.

That's a shame about Mandy....I know a lot of people liked the dynamic of his character. It must be something serious, though, he walked out on Criminal Minds as wlel.

I didn't realise there was a DLM thread here. I can't wait for the movie, and any small chance of re-continuing the series is awesome.

Yeah, do you know why that is? I understand why he isn't in the movie, but I thought he'd come back for the tv series.

He's pulled out of almost everything he was in, no reason given. I guess he's just tired of hollywood.

Maybe he wants to go back to do more musical/theatre stuff?

I'm going through S1 of DLM with my parents at the moment.

Surprisingly my mum really likes it and so she and I must tag team to convince dad that he's wrong about not getting it

I'm considering buying a new copy of DLM season 1, so I can get the one with Norwegian subtitles, cause then mom and I can watch it together.

That sucks for us, I hope he's done the right thing for himself, though, I have a lot of respect for the guy. He's talented.

None of my friends/family watch DLM, I guess I haven't tried enough to get them into it. But, then, I often have different tastes so I don't know if it's worth trying, I'll just enjoy it by myself, lol.

lol, sorry! I thought i saw one in the opening. I've only watched a few episodes from the reruns that are airing (which will be on in 30 mins, yay!) but i've managed to get my sister to watch the pilot and she loved it.

Do Mason and George ever get together or something? they are adorable.

Not in the series....towards the end of the series, they were really buidling towards Mason/Daisy...who knows if that will continue in the future.

I've gotten a few people addicted to it...they're all sad now too.

Ellen Muth is supposed to be in Toronto for Polaris 22 July 11-13: http://www.tcon.ca/polaris/modules/tconguests/

Also, Ellen's official website says the release date for the DLM movie has been pushed back to sometime in 2009.
