It also had a message of how to live your life, and to let the people close to you know how you feel. The humour balanced it out.

Rube could be a bit abrupt. George was my favourite too.

Yes I liked how she learnt lessons about her life when she saw how her family were without her.

Yeah. George seemed to live more in death than when she was alive--if that makes sense. She also seemed to find a second family or at least a set of close friends in the Reapers group.

Rube was the best acted of the characters. There was nobody else on the show to touch what Patinkin could do.
