This topic comes up from the recent debate going on regarding the bailout of Freddie and Fannie Mae from the housing slump mess: Govt OK sought for top pay at mortgage giants - 07/17/2008 - MiamiHerald.com Some say that this is a misuse of U.S. tax dollars while others say that this is the only way to rectify the mortgage crisis. is this a fair move being done? Does this question how tax dollars are generally being used in America? In general, I understand the need for taxes to improve our schools and roads but not to bail out companies that were greedy. They should have been more careful in the first place. __________________ Get Your Daily Feed At the News & Politics Board today! ![]() HAVE A SAFE & HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Like bailing out huge corporations when large parts of New Orleans still look like a war zone and there are soldiers in Iraq running around with no armour on. __________________ Sunny "The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die." avie by Jessie

I really don't agree with how the tax dollars are being used right now. __________________ Get Your Daily Feed At the News & Politics Board today! ![]() HAVE A SAFE & HAPPY THANKSGIVING
