Porn film shock for girl of 17

HORRIFIED teenager Lara Coton has accused a porn company of “stealing” a photo of her and splashing it on the cover of a blue movie.

The innocent three-year-old snap is being used by US giant TVX Films to plug their flick Body Magic.

Lara, 17, had emailed the self-portrait, showing her in a top hat, to an art website.

She says she did not give TVX her consent to use it, and called bosses after a pal saw it on the net and tipped her off.

Her furious parents hired a solicitor and demanded compensation, but were warned a court fight could cost £50,000.

Now TVX have accused Lara of “scheming”, saying the photo was in the public domain. One email said: “Nice try, toots.”

Lara, of Tamworth, Staffs, said: “I’m horrified to be associated with such a film.”

It's really shocking actually, considering that the photo in question was taken when she was just 14 years old! And she's only 17 Never mind the fact that the age of consent in Texas is 17 (so I heard. I could be wrong on this). And the fact that the company itself didn't take her seriously.

Didn't the porn industry learned anything from the whole Traci Lords incident?

i don't really think it's awful. She should be more careful about what she posts online. Everyone should really.

While that is true, if you look at the picture link I provided to her photo in dA, she had clearly watermarked it (meaning she put her name on the picture). If you look at the DVD cover on the article, it's clear that they photoshopped it to remove the said watermark.

And plus, it's a picture of her when she was 14. In America, it's illegal to associate underage teens in any form, whether it be via photograph or starring that underage teen with pornography.
