Police in California charge the substitute teacher shared marijuana with students at Fresno High School. According to authorities, Bochin asked two students in his ninth-grade science class to get his pipe and marijuana from his car. Police said Bochin smoked the pot with about a half-dozen students from his class. He now faces felony drug charges and misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors. | Well they are high school kids. They could say no. Whats wrong with what he did anyways? Kids smoke pot, hell I smoke pot, My teenage kids smoke pot at home and I have no problem with that, so what is the big deal? Americans are sure get wrapped up about pot and liquor compared to the rest of the world. | |||

| It's wrong because it's illegal and school is a place to learn not take a hit. It doesn't matter if you think it's ok, it's against the law here and to do it in a school no less.
