Substitute Teacher Allegedly Taped Students' Faces With Tape

(01/28/05 - CHICAGO, IL) — Police and school officials are investigating reports that a substitute teacher at a Chicago elementary school taped shut the eyes and mouths of second graders.

Students told the principal at Esmond Elementary School that the substitute verbally abused at least ten children and then covered their eyes and mouths with tape on Tuesday. A school district spokesman says he teacher has been temporarily taken off the substitute teacher list. He says she'll have an investigatory conference with the labor relations department. A police spokesman says a special unit that handles crimes involving children is investigating.

Why even bother being a teacher if you can't handle kids? SAve yourself the time and just become of dominatrix if you need to tie people up. Atleast you'd get paid that way.

...............I dont understand how someone could do this...........and a teacher no less.......what the hell is happening to people.........it kinda pains me in a way to think that things like this are happening........where do people learn this or think of this.........how do they think of this.......its just not something that is done........ .........thats what this makes me......really pissed.......

Ugh. That is horrible, who could do that to children? Great and it probably happened like a half hour away from where I live because I live in Chicago. What a messed up thing to do.
