A university spokesman said the patients are young people who were attending a leadership conference at the university this week. They complained of nausea after eating turkey and taco box lunches, and were taken to area hospitals in buses. About 60 people are being treated at Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham and another 20 are at Washington Adventist Hospital. Hospital officials said some will be held overnight. It's unclear if the lunches came from the campus dining service or another catering service. The Prince George's County Health Department is investigating. Copyright 2004 by The Associated Press.
