Well, the bright side is that he has lost a LOT of credibility with his sex phone/sexual harrassment scandal as of late.

Seriously.

He is now a joke -- on both sides of the political spectrum -- That most people now think of sexual food condiment jokes (falfel on a woman's breast, anyone? ) whenever they think of Bill O' Reily.

Also, what is telling is that he is actually very liberal OFF CAMERA and other politicians and people in the media said he only tows the Conservative line because he likes the power and privillage it has given him over the years (vs. had he towed the Liberal line and gotten nothing).

Hah..all he does is yell at people who don't agree with him. His feud with George Clooney was all bluster. I really hope he's not on the WH payroll like the other conservative writers. I'd hate to think that my tax dollars helped to pay off the woman who sued him for sexual harassment.

It's funny you mention that because i've actually thought of that being a possiblity with some of the more outspoken COnservertives. Like Ann Coulter, she's so over the top that it comes off as being fake. Almost like she's trying to make her own party look bad by what she's saying. O'Reilly's gotten so bad recently in his hyprocritical ways that I don't know why any party would be happy to call them their own.

I am all for the ACLU, but sometimes, they support the biggest idiotic lawsuits, that it just makes me shake my head sometimes.

Same with PETA..they have ideal goals..but some of their projects/issues, makes me want to bang my head on a wall.

O'Reilly's a complete idiot. He, like Mann Coulter, says things purely for shock value. They'll spew out whatever they can, so long as they get attention. Al Franken (I think) said it perfectly in his book, when he basically called them "political pornographers."
