Well I thought that I would attempt to start up the OT thread again, so that there is a common place everyone can get together and chat about things that aren't related to politics, and hopefully not feel like tearing one another's throats out. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

For instance, I am 2 pages into a 7-10 page research paper that is due tomorrow and I kind of feel like bashing my head against a large rock.

I have a 6,000 word research project due in and I have done none - yay [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]. And end of year exams to revise for but still nothing done.

I have eaten lots of chocolate however.

I don't think sweet talking the teacher would help. He's insane. I still have time...but it's a boring topic.

ooh I want that magnet. Procrastination is the key to being happy [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]. I figure I got this fair with it why drop it? I seriously only can work at the last minute and even then I have to make myself. Hence doing finishing papers due at 9am at 8am and being crazy from sleeping deprivation for a few days after.

I am seemingly incapable of doing things ahead of time too. I mean, why do today what you can put off until tomorrow? Yay, just finished page 3!

And same for me, it's worked up until now so until I get screwed over by it, (and possibly even then) I will continue to put everything off.

I'm a Political Science major, though it took me forever to decide on that and I am only now starting to take Poli Sci classes. I'm minoring in French. You?

Wow, Political Science and French sound so clever [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]. I attempt to study English Lit but it isn't really happening due to boredom! I kinda want to study nursing now, I'm a hopeless case!

Hah, clever. Not really, [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] Poli Sci is a pretty generic major, you can't really do anything with it unless you go to graduate school so really it just gives me a couple more years to figure out what I want to do with my life. French, eh, it's pretty and I took it in High School. So it was kind of like I had nothing else to take and I had to fill my schedule.

I have no idea what to do with my life either I was just like okay you understood it at school and want to avoid the real world so go for it!

it's nearly 2.30 so I have to hit the sack, because I have to see my evil seminar leader at 9am if I wake up in time [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img].

i was thinking about starting this but i wasn't sure if it would go over well with the posters. let's hope because there really needs to be a place to come and just let go sometimes.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too.

I love kittens too. And cats [img]smilies/cat.gif[/img] a cat that lives outside my mom's house just had four kittens. They're living in our bathroom right now because it was getting pretty cold at night for the past couple days. And there are probably 20 kittens at my uncles' farm that are all under 2 months old. They're so cute with their little whiskers and little ears. I just want to squeeze them.

And yeah! Done with paper! It's craptacular but it's done. Hopefully my crazy professor wont care.

Oh hehe, Katis, looks like we kinda do the same thing but the other way around. I'm a Law and Political Science major, and I'm minoring in English. Actually it's more complicated than that, because the English minor isn't English the language but Anglo-saxon civilization, laws and political systems.

Stella, that sounds a little more interesting than a simple French language minor that we do here.

ros, I don't like dogs either, except my brother's dog. I like puppies though, unfortunately they grow into dogs.
