| Hi! My name is Seraphina (that`s in fact my middle name and I usually sign with Nettie, just to confuse ya`ll), I`m 19 years old, I`m from the Netherlands and I`m a second year Psychology student. I have an opinion about everything, also about topics I don`t know enough about, but I`m usually smart enough to keep my mouth shut in those cases  . I`m very interested in politics (my own country`s, US and UK politics). I`m not religious, in fact, I don`t believe in God, but I respect (or at least I try) everybody else`s faith and opinions coming forth from that, even though I may not share those opinions. On a lighter note: I`m also over at the CSI and ER forum, my favorite actress is Maura Tierney, my favorite show is CSI and I watch way to much tv. I won`t be posting here for a few days, no time, lack of sleep, that kind of thing, but I just thought I`d introduce myself right now. Also, I need to read into all of the discussions, and that will probably take some time . I`m looking forward to talking to you all! LUv, Nettie. ETA I forgot to mention the things I`m passionate about: I`m pro-choice (although in my country we don`t actually say 'pro-choice'), I`m all for gay marriages, I`m against the death penalty, I`m for euthanasia (sp?) and I have been called a feminist by my older brother (I have two older brothers btw  ) but I don`t think I am. Also, the issue with babies that are born too early (much to early, 26 weeks or less), I have strong opinions about the discussion of wheter to treat or not to treat them. Okay, that`s it...did I mention I tend to edit my posts a lot? English isn`t my first language so my formulations are often odd...I usually don`t edit a day after posting though...__________________ If I lay here If I just lay here Would you lie with me and just forget the world? I'm interested in Politics and Sport in particular, but if someone offered me a job writing fake horoscopes I would do it!I'm quite left winged, and I'm constantly bagging out the government in this country (and some governments in other countries *ahembushahem*). I'm Pro Choice, Gay Marriage and Euthanasia, which I guess are the big issues. I often lurk here because I love that everyone puts their ideas forward so eloquently...all the posts I've read are highly intelligent and devoid of the usual maliciousness that you find in debate threads. | wow, i feel young. i'm Caitlin and i'm 13 years old. i'm very interested in news and politics and plan to be involved in them someday. i'm not really a Republican or a Democrat. i believe they both have good and bad ideas. i can't stand it when people act hard-headed.  i also don't ike it when people are to leaniant to either the left or the right. i can't think of anything else to say.....oh, well. if you have any ?s about me, post them. | |||
