Um, well, I post here quite frequently because I'm very opinionated, very honest, and very upfront. I love debating and I'm very sacastic But I'm a really really nice person if you get to know me, honestly!

I also love movies, current events, music, art, reading, poetry, etc. Lots of other stuff.

Well in case you don't know I've been posting here since the board opened, mod since February. I got interested in politics my Senior year in high school. I'm a junior in college majoring in American Politics with a minor, possible double major in French. I have a younger brother, 18, divorced parents. I'm pretty involved on campus, I'm the Vice President of the Student Government Association here, and the VP/Co-Founder of the College Republicans on my campus. I serve on a couple committees, have two jobs and sometimes I even sleep!

Aside from being mean!mod I am pretty outgoing when it comes to my friends, work, and sharing my opinions. I generally consider myself someone who likes rest and alone time although I seem to be doing very little of that lately. I have two cats, Pip and Mip (my babies) and they follow me around. Pip puts rubber bands on my bed when I'm gone, probably in lieu of birds or mice to catch and bring to me. When I toss them on the floor he puts them on me while I'm sleeping. He's light gray tiger-striped. Mip basically just lays around and tries to keep Pip from eating all of the food, or getting too much attention from me (he's my sweetest), he's a gentle, sweet, FAT orange fluffy cat

So yeah, if you want to know me know that: I'm opinionated, eccentric, outgoing but I also need my quiet time, a complete cat freak, sarcastic, and well how can you really describe yourself without sounding crazy, arrogant, or self-depracating?

I consider myself a liberal and have never been ashamed of that label. I've always been interested in politics, and thanks to my government teacher my senior year of h.s., his passion and love for history and politics inspired me to become a teacher. I teach history and literature, my two loves, and while teaching is not a glamorous money maker I wouldn't dream of changing professions. I love it too much.

I spend most of my free time going to concerts, to the theatre, or just staying home with my boyfriend. I'm relatively quiet and a 'girly-girl', except during college football season. War Eagle!

I'll turn 28 next week, but I feel much older. I bought my first house this past summer, but I am already looking to relocate to GA. I suppose I'll always be a 'blue' in a red state, and that's alright with me.

Hi I am Jimmy, I'm 19 and I am from Pawtucket, Rhode Island. I am turning 20 on February 1.

I am in the middle when it comes to political parties. I do agree with some of the liberal views and I do agree with some of conseratives views. I am very much for the death penalty, I believe in the fact that women have the right to choose so I am pro abortion. I think gay marriage should be legalized everywhere because people can't help who they fall in love with. I do believe and support the Iraq War although I do think it takes alot of attention of focusing on Osama Bin Laden and his followers. One important issue I am very outspoken on is HIV/AIDS awareness, prevention and I want to be very involved in that issue.

Other then politics, I am just your average type of guy. I love telling jokes and doing impressions of famous people and some of my relatives. I like going to the mall, movies, hanging out with friends and family. My hobbies are cooking, swimming, writing stories, traveling, and playing video games.

My religion is Christianity but I don't believe in some of the views.

Lets see my favorite movies are Star Wars films, LOTR, Batman, Hellraiser and American Pie. My favorite shows are WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown, Lost, The O.C., Survivor, and The Amazing Race.

My sister's cat likes to play with pony tail holders. My sister always has her hair up in a pony tail. Normally there's at least one pony tail holder laying around. Her cat loves to play with it. He will get it on his paw and it drives him nuts! He is a very fat cat. When people see him, they always say, "I've never seen a cat that fat." He's lazy. He sleeps a lot. He does like to follow people around. He demands attention. He hates when bedroom doors are closed and he can't get in. He'll actually through himself up against a door to get you to open it. It's funny.

Hi I'm tash i'm 27 and I live in Australia.

I've always been fascinated by politics, something which has intensified of late due to my extreme dislike for my government and my concern for the direction that world politics is taking.

I come to this forum because people in my office get sick of me trying to start debates with them! You would think that in the editorial department of a newspaper they would take more of an interest.

Anyway i'm a photographer so i spend most of my time out with my camera but other than that i love great quirky films, tv shows (six feet under, the office, buffy, angel, firefly, roswell) and reading books (my favourite authors are Clive Barker and Haruki Murakami) my other great passion in live music so I spend most of my weekends out at gigs looking for a new band to obsess over!
