But it's not your parents' milkman. The milk is more expensive, probably organic and available with an assortment of gourmet food. A New Hampshire couple operates a home-delivery service, and they're turning away customers. A California company is finding success by expanding coverage areas. In 1963, home delivery accounted for about a third of milk sales. By 2001 it represented a mere .4 percent.
