It seems clear to me that the man is desperate for the limelight. He tried to get at it through his kids when they were too young to rebel. And now that they're old enough, he's grasping to his dead son for a last chance at the thing.

It's disgusting. And it's so clear that he's trying to manipulate public opinion. So, yeah, that's another one I don't buy for one second.

I think it might be easy for the man to be completely deluded, too. First of all, abusers normally are. But, also, he's of that generation... my parents were physically disciplined as children... there was a time when that was considered normal, even good.

Nothing like what Joe Jackson inflicted on his children. I mean, my grand-parents "beat" their kids out of love for them, though that makes no sense to me, but that's how it was then. Joe Jackson's a power-hungry maniac. There's a difference.

But I do think it makes it possible for the man to fool himself into thinking there was nothing wrong with his behaviour.

But other sorts of abuse were definitely going on. And the things that Michael must've seen his father do like the drugs and cheating on his own mother - I'm sure were not very helpful as he was growing up.

Oh, I'm so happy to hear that Katherine will be getting full custody of Michael's kids while Debbie will get visitation rights of the the two older ones:

I couldn't agree more. It's about time that poor woman got some regular access to her own children. And, considering she's never been allowed near them for most of their lives, giving her full-time custody would probably have traumatized those poor kids further.

Of course, grandma's 79. A new arrangement will probably have to be devised sooner rather than later.

Also, did you head about Joe Jackson confirming that Omer kid is MJ's son? I mean, we know Joe's a whack job that can't be trusted, but now the new thing going around is that Omer's mother would be the mother of the last kid (the one that got dangled over a railing...)

Well, this kid looks more like Michael than the other three who were just handed over to Katherine but it's definitely a possibility that Omer's mother could be the mother of the youngest son. But can we really believe anything that comes out of Joe's mouth? i wonder what Omer is saying about it. Was he ever told that Michael could be or is his father?

Father of Jackson accuser found dead

Evan Chandler, the father of a boy who accused Michael Jackson of abusing him, has been found dead.

According to RadarOnline, the body of the former dentist was found in his Jersey City home, with the cause of death being a seemingly self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Jersey City Police Department spokesman Stan Eason said: "Evan Chandler's body was found at 5.35 pm on November 5 by the concierge at his luxury apartment building in Jersey City.

"We have ruled it as suicide because he was found with a gun held to his body and had a single bullet wound to the side of his head. Mr Chandler was 65."

He added: "There was no note found in the apartment but officers did find medication in keeping with a serious medical condition.

"A doctor based at Colanta Hematology in Bayonne, NJ, had called the concierge, asking him to check on Mr Chandler's apartment as Mr Chandler had missed an appointment.

"It was thanks to the concierge's actions that Mr Chandler's body was discovered. Mr Chandler's body has now been returned to his family."

In 1993, Evan accused Jackson of molesting his then 13-year-old son Jordan, a claim denied by Jackson.

The following year, Jackson settled a civil suit out of court for a reported $22m (£13m). Jackson died in hospital in June this year.

Guilt really pushes people to do crazy things. How sad.

He made his son lie about Michael molesting him. The boy confessed about the lie a few days after Michael's passing.
