Lucie Aubrac, a famous french Resistance fighter is dead yesterday

Lucie Aubrac was in the Resistance since the begining of WW2. She contributed to the creation of the "mouvement Libération-Sud" with her husband when the France was occupied by Germany from 1940.

When her husband was put in jail by the Gestapo in 1943, she take the head of an armed commando and she free him from the yoke of Germans.

She died at the age of 94 years old.

Everyone in France is affect by her death. Some people are talking about burying her in the Pantheon (a place where famous and important people in french history are buried ; for instance : Voltaire, Marat, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Zola, Jean Jaurès, Jean Moulin, Malraux, Alexandre Dumas,...)

She sounds like she was a fascinating person. I'll keep the name in mind for some research when I have time!
