I read this article in PC Mag about this PC service:

Livetech by cyberdefender seems like a good service if all you want to do is call someone to ask a question or fix your computer. I want to get it for someone in my family who bothers me all the times with computer questions and problems.
It is not for me, I can use a forum and have had good luck with that, but I know that for some a phone call is much easier so it seems like a good service.
Has anyone any experience with Livetech?
