Lopez says she was almost involved in an accident when a car went "screeeech" right in front of her vehicle. "It was the paparazzi trying to beat the light on the same turn with us," she said.

"Sometimes they feel like it's a game; like they're playing cops and robbers," Lopez told reporters, according to AP Radio. "I got goosepimples."

Lopez said she didn't know she was being followed because "I try to block this stuff out a little bit 'cause it's the only way to kind of live."

"Nobody likes to hear somebody in the public eye who they feel makes a lot of money complain, so we don't, but it is a very strange thing," the singer-actress said.

"Nobody writes books about how to deal with it or anything like that," Lopez said. "Maybe I'll do that next. No. I'll make no money, it's not worth it."

I think what happened is they were in the lane next to them and they tried to turn from a non turning lane.

Wait nevermind. I was wrong. So infront of them.. Turning at the same time. Wow this story is confusing.

Woah, someone sounds bitter. And she's right, I have a hard time sympathizing with JLo "the victim of media" when she's presumably made quite a lot of money selling her personal life to the tabloids. Not that I condone the actions of these paparazzis, but I refuse to see J as just a victim, she uses the media, the media uses her, it's a two way street. I'm glad to not be on that street (seems quite lethal) but it was her choice, and she's made no great attempt to get out. (Hell, she probably called a few reporters to get this story covered in the media..)

What I find most interesting is that J. Lo's goosepimples are still considered newsworthy.

I guess we'll never be rid of her. (Maybe it's because of the royal wedding or Charles and Camilla which to some extent revitalized the Princess Di cult and that draws attention to the evil-hellhound-paparazzi problem.) Anyway.. whatever, JLo, whatever.

(I also find it appalling that on my first visit to the news and politics thread, this, the damn JLo goosepimples thread, is the one I post on...

Reese Witherspoon tried getting into her home but the paparazzis wouldn't let her

they blocked her off

Time to bring a new law in just for the stars, I don't care if they're famous, this is like stalking them
